Satelit Resorts has been operating for more than 20 years and employs over 100 people, primarily in the Balkan region. In addition to the Republic of Serbia, we are currently operating in North Macedonia and the United Arab Emirates. Through continuous investments in the hospitality sector, which is the core business of our group, we have also developed other legal entities engaged in various industries over the years. We are members of several domestic and international business organizations, tourism associations, business clubs, and regional chambers of commerce. The group has received multiple awards for its business operations and is actively involved in numerous humanitarian organizations and events. For two decades, we have owned one of the most renowned tourist properties on Mount Zlatibor, called Klub Satelit. We have expanded the Satelit hotel brand with two additional hotels: Satelit Lux & Spa and Satelit Lux Residence & Spa, and we continue to grow. Our properties are built using the most advanced construction methods, meeting high hospitality standards, and the apartments can be rented out through our hotels with a guaranteed rental income. As a socially responsible group, in recent years, we have been developing an all-natural product for instant stain removal without additional washing—Flex-Natural Cleaner—which contains no harmful substances for people or the environment. Our products have won multiple awards for best innovative products. Our extensive hospitality experience has been transformed into the Premium Smash Burger restaurant in Skopje, North Macedonia, offering a perfect culinary experience.
